Dear Alanna   Beautiful pieces. Took my breath away, I especially
loved the use of color - and the relationship they formed on paper.

Hi Alanna, it's rosie. Your mom and I are together this evening and Sherida - with all the beautiful paintings that you did - has just come home and now I've together with her too. Wonderful sisters all about. So glad to be on your site and to read the great lessons about light and shadow. Sometime I'll see you. Missed you and Ivan when I was through in the springtime. Atikokan was itself and your brothers and families were great. Sarilyn would have been here tonight were it not for a birth, alleluia, and I know she'd send her love too. xoxrosie    rose marie harrop on November 29, 2006

Hi Alanna: It's one thing to be such a masterful artist that others can enjoy your creation and your vision. It's quite another to evoke fantasmagorical visions in the viewer's mind, so they too participate in the process.
Thank you O Great Alchemist for helping to transform the lead in my mind into gold!! Hahaha!!! XOXOXO (o: Donna Haglund (Stapleton) on October 5, 2006

Holey moley.!!! I don't think it would matter WHICH illustration they chose!!! They are all great¨!!! What a surprise when I arrived at Gallery Five. The work is so BRIGHT and LIGHT!!! lovely. I don't see how they will have anything but good to say, the difficulty now will be chosing for cohesion.

Hi Alanna, hey you moved. I love your new work (mono prints) with its simplicity of line and shape. I have to say the blueberries took me back in time...to being 14 and picking them with my Mom in Atikokan. I hope you and Ivan enjoy your new adventure. Shawna Lampi-Legaree September 15, 2006

I've loved Your art since I found your homepage some years ago. I'll be writing about your paintings in my blog soon, since they're such an inspiration for me! Nicole, Sweden http://mycabaret.blogspot.com

Hi, what gorgeous work, the mono prints in gallery three are divine. And the two dogs and red flowers is very fine. And that cat in, "You are not the boss of me" ,is such a great representation of "the cat" I love your work THANK YOU  joseph fredrich on September 6, 2006

Your work is so beautiful, it takes my breath away. and I am on the verge of tears. I find it amazing that a person can see so deeply into what we view as 'life' on this planet. Aren't you fortunate that you can travel to see the similarities, and differences in different places. We all love to see your interpretation of what you are seeing wherever you are. Amazing!!! All the paintings on this site are unbelievably beautiful. I especially love the Violin Player, as well as the many Korea paintings.
